At the helm of the company is Engineer Abdul Samad Al-Andijani<\/strong>, the Founder and General Manager, a graduate specializing in environmental architecture and a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering consultancy, architectural design, and landscape development. His prior service within the Madinah Region Municipality \u2014 spanning two decades \u2014 provided the company with an unparalleled advantage: an intimate understanding of the regulatory landscape, municipal procedures, and the licensing frameworks that govern project execution in the region.<\/p>\n

Alongside him, Mr. Adel Al-Sadiq Ayadi<\/strong>, Managing Director and Co-Founder, brings over 20 years of extensive experience<\/strong> collaborating with leading figures across the engineering, construction, and contracting sectors. Taibah Limits for Engineering Consultancy is a fully integrated engineering consultancy firm headquartered in Madinah Al-Munawwarah \u2014 a city of profound historical significance and one that has long served as a symbol of culture, heritage, and human civilization. It is within this distinguished setting that our story began, and it is from this foundation that we continue to grow.<\/p>\n

Our professional journey dates back to 2005<\/strong>, when the company was first established under the name “AbdulSamad Al-Andijani for Architectural Engineering.”<\/em> From its earliest days, the firm distinguished itself through a commitment to delivering architectural and consultancy services of exceptional quality, serving a growing portfolio of projects within and beyond the city of Madinah. Over the years, as the scope of our work expanded and the breadth of our technical specializations deepened, it became clear that the firm had outgrown its original structure.<\/p>\n
